Cookie in a Jar

These jars were so easy to make that I let my 4 year old do most of it. She is giving them to her teachers as gifts this year. The cookies taste great too.

These were the best tasting pressed cookies I have tasted. The cream cheese gave them a nice texture and flavor.

This recipe was great. I was worried that it would turn out runny or bland because of the fresh pumpkins and honey but it didn't. I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone raved! From now on this is the only pumpkin pie recipe I will use.
