Buttermilk Pancakes II

These are scrumptious!! This recipe is the only recipe I will use for pancakes now. I have been making these for several months and have been wowed by them everytime. We always have leftovers (being that there are only 3 of us), so I pop the pancakes in the toaster the next day and they are delish!!

So easy and delicious! We absolutely loved this recipe. I was nervous it was going to be too sweet with the brown sugar, but it was perfect! Thank you for a great recipe!

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

First of all, I have to admit that I did make an addition to the recipe. I added 1/4 c. white chocolate chips for a little fun. I did not love these pancakes. Mine came out very salty and thin. I did however eat two. ;) But my 18 mth. daughter did not like them at all, and my hubby was not home to try them. Hmmm. . . they sounded sooo good.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were delicious banana muffins! I made them for breakfast on Christmas Eve, and we loved them so much that we are making them a tradition! I didn't change a thing. DELICIOUS!

Ultimate Corn Bread

This corn bread was amazing!! I did use skim milk and more nutmeg, because I love nutmeg. I have never tasted a better corn bread. Yummy!
