Black Beans and Rice

I really liked it,although my family thought it was too spicy. I'll admit I doubled the garlic...it was good on whole wheat tortillas, but even better on a bed of blue corn chips. Thank you for the recipe

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2008
I made a few changes. Instead of sugar, I used a little less than a teaspoon of stevia, added a small amount of worchestire sauce, a little raw apple cider vinegar, lots of garlic, and only about 1/2C of low sodium soy sauce. With all the changes, it's not quite the same, but turned out amazing! Thanks for the recipe.

Terrific Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
I got rave reviews of "the best chili we have ever had" from friends and family. I used veg broth because I didn't have beef, one can of corn, and one can of beans. Instead of using green peppers, I used a can of tomatoes with green peppers (or chile's I forget). Crockpot on high for 5 hours. Wonderful. Thanks.
