Leek and Fennel Soup

I didn't have all the ingredients but still it was too bland for me. I added it to a bowl mac and cheese (to increase the vegetable content) and that was great.

Savory Rosemary Bread Pudding

Excellent! I made this with 2 week old bread (really) that had raisins and oats... and it was excellent. I halved the eggs and milk/cream and baked it for 45 min. Thanks! this was great!

Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet

Excellent. I'm staying away from Yeast and from sugar (for my health) and this bread was perfect for my diet. I substituted 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup milk. And I used whole wheat flour - seemed to need a few more minutes. Easy and delicious bread and a little salty.

Mawmenye (Lentils and Beef Stew)

I loved the flavors but I don't have nutmeg so I changed nutmeg to fenugreek and it was delicious! I also used radish instead of turnip. What a wonderful smell! Mmmm. Thank you!

Crunchy Cabbage Salad

I love this recipe when I'm in the mood for something salty and crunchy. And when I'm in a rush or out of ingredients I just make the salad with red cabbage and almonds and the ramen noodles. Its excellent scaled down too!

Red Chard and Caramelized Onions

I loved this recipe, it was very zesty and salty. Just what I was looking for! I changed the recipe for what I had in the house: I used regular swiss chard, no olives or capers and I added fake chicken strips.
