Spaghetti Sauce III

This is the best spaghetti sauce I have ever made;its sweet without having to add any sugar! I know it will be my new recipe and I am sure all will agree. Its easy, fast, and fantastic!

Slaw for Two

I am not much of a slaw eater, but this was wonderful! It's easy, delicous, and now, the only way I make slaw. And since there are only two of us here, it comes in quite handy.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

This was so good. I didn't have any onions so I added onion powder. The same with ginger but I left that out. I used leg quarters and marinated it over night. I used a little extra garlic, because I love it so but left other measurements the same. Using a pastery brush I lightly oiled the bottom of pan and clean up was almost a breeze. I baked 45 minutes, uncovered. Not only did I love it, but so did everyone else. I can't wait to make this again.

Gulliver's Cream Corn

Made this for part of a New Year's buffet. Not only was it easy, it was delicious as well. I left out the MSG and made with milk and evaporated milk, as that is what I had on hand. Can't wait to try with heavy cream.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

Being so "Southern" and loving to cook the foods I grew up with, one would think I could cook up a wonderful fried chicken...NOT!!!...For some reason, I was always afraid of frying chicken...It was either, way over cooked or the seasonings weren't right...Thank you for a recipe I will hold on to forever...Tonight, I presented my family a wonderful fried chicken dinner with the works,mashed potatoes and field peas...You can't be more southern than that, unless you have collards, which I didn't tonight...I will have them next time.

Baked Ziti IV

My kids loved this. Our 11 year old wanted it for breakfast...he doesn't like normal breakfast foods. Even my husband, who is extremely picky liked it a lot and even complemented it which is rare. It's is a keeper.

Yeast Raised Christmas Waffles

I put my waffle iron away two years ago and never used it again. Recently my teenager asked me to make waffles since I could not stand those boxed waffle mixes, I turned to this site. I woke up this morning, put the mix together, and got back in bed with the Sunday paper while the mix rose. These are the best waffles ever. Even my ten year old who hates breakfast foods of any kind loved these. My neice who says she doesn't like waffles had two plates. My teen hasn't gotten up as of yet, but when he does he will have a hot, wonderful, met-in-your-mouth waffle. The waffle iron is now out of retirement.

Easy Mexican Calzones

My kids and friends really love these. Vey easy and much better than regular tacos because you omit all the chopping of toppings...these are great all by themselves. Please let beef filling cool because the pie crust will tear up as stated in previous review.

Cola Pot Roast II

This is the best roast I have ever eaten. The kids love it. Gave this recipe to a friend and after trying it she gave it to her daughter. I make this at least once a week. The friend and her daughter gave it rave reviews.

Baked Linguine with Meat Sauce

This was really great. I made it in the morning and baked late afternoon. My 9 year old and his friend ate half of the pan and my 15 year old, who hates cream cheese, gave it a thumbs up. He still does not know it had cream cheese in it. Will make again.

Gerry's Chicken Enchiladas

These were great. Even my little one, who dislikes tomatos, not onlyhad two helpings at dinner that night, wanted more for breakfast the next day. At last a recipe that both kids enjoyed, not to mention myself. This is a keeper.
