Egg and Sausage Casserole
It was ok, need a little more flavoring. From the recommendations of some of the reviews, I used sage sausage, italian seasonings, reduced cheese to 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese, 10 eggs and prebaked the croissant for 7 minutes. Next time I will try the Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage, I think this would be better than the sage pork sausage which is too bland. I will use sharp cheddar cheese next time and not premake the croissant because it was a bit dry and brown too much or use baked croissants and cut it up and let the egg mixture soak overnight. It was still a big hit at work, but will try it different next time.

Chinese Steamed Buns
Just made this today and its not bad. Dough needs to be a little sweeter and i used 1/2 cup of milk instead of water. Next time will add more sugar and a little more salt. I compared this to the dough package from the store where you just add half cup of sugar and one cup of milk. Same texture as the store except the store brand is sweeter and not as bland.

Ugly Duckling Cake I
very easy to make, cake was moist which makes it hard to cut. I used a tropical fruit cocktail so cake as a nice color since it has papaya, I also added 2 tsp of rum extract to the white cake mix I used, but can still taste the cake box smell which was very strong. I find it a bit sweet for the cake alone. Did not make the topping, that would make the cake way too sweet. Overall, easy to throw together for a potuluck.
