Classic Waffles

I loved the idead of using the blender. Worked great and easy to pour out of. With adding more vanilla and sugar, the waffles were really good, but still not a 5 star for me.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

My 11 year old daughter said this is her "favorite cookie". I doubled it as we have 4 kids who love cookies. I added about 1/4 c. flax seed and 1/4 c. wheat germ and lessoned the oatmeal by 1/2 c. Delish!
