Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Fantastic! Flavor was mild, but very tasty! Paired it with couscous and broccoli. Next time I will add more tomatoes.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Fantastic! I added a glaze halfway through and on top - 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp Worcestershire, 1 tsp mustard powder. Sooooo good!

Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Fried Cabbage II

Excellent! My husband has NEVER liked cabbage his entire life and loved this recipe. I made this recipe with turkey bacon (we don't eat pork) and it was GREAT!

Baked Potato Soup I

It was quite bland, but I added some garlic powder and marjoram and that seasoned it up quite nicely. PS - the blandness is probably my own fault because we use fat free everything and soy milk.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

For not being a big fan of salmon, I definitely enjoyed this recipe. The only changes I made to the recipe were 1) no pecans (allergies) and 2) out of regular dijon mustard so I used a horseradish version...very good!

Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup

Very bland...needs a lot of seasoning up. I added garlic salt (would have sauteed garlic with vegetables if I knew it would have needed them), ground sage, rosemary, and thyme. It is a decent starter recipe.
