Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

FAN-TASTIC!!! It is not a hard dish to prepare. We used shrimp and sausage instead of crawfish b/c we already had it on hand. Turned out fantastic! I browned the sausage and then prepared the roux in the sausage grease. YUM! We halved the spice and it was STILL too hot for our taste. Next time I will use 1 Tbsp Franks red hot sauce and no cayenne. Thanks for the recipe. LOVE IT!!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

WOW! You wouldn't think such simple ingredients would make such a divine dish! The sauce transforms this from a regular pork chop dish into a dinner party dish! Thanks for a great recipe! We will definitely make this again!

Jalapeno Corn Bread

Delicious!! It turned out perfect and I had everything at home. I used pickled jalapenos and it was still great. Perfect blend of sweet and hot. Will be my new go-to cornbread recipe!! Thanks so much!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Delicious! We've made this several times as a side dish and loved it. Added browned sweet turkey italian sausage and it was delicious as a main dish with broccoli on the side. YUM! Thanks for the recipe!!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

This recipe is SOOO fabulous!! We make it all the time and I honestly can't imagine using jarred sauce again. The meatballs are super tender even when I use 94% lean ground beef which tends to be a bit more dry! I only use 2 Tbsp of sugar, increase the water to 2 cups and only 1 can tomato paste. Wonderful each time we make it!

Beer Brats

The brats were fabulous. We didn't eat the brats on a bun and I wasn't crazy about the onions on their own. Maybe on a bun I would've liked them better. I used a darker beer and let the brats boil for about 20 minutes. We cooked them on an indoor grill and they turned out great. Super easy for a weeknight dinner or a cookout. Thanks for the great recipe!

Shrimp Linguine

This dish is fabulous! I wouldn't hesitate to serve it at a dinner party. I wasn't sure if I was going to have enough sauce but it was just enough to coat the pasta and shrimp without being too heavy. I also used fresh thyme because I happened to have some in the fridge. I'll definitely do that every time! Delish! Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic Green Beans

This recipe was delish! I had everything on hand except parmesan so I put it together with the intention of picking some up on the way to the party. They were so good without it that we skipped the cheese altogether. I only put 1 Tbsp of butter and olive oil and it was the perfect amount. Will definitely make again. Thanks for a great recipe!
