This dish is one of my favorites. I am not a good cook, sorry to say, but this is a dish I make right every time. I have made it at least 4 times and I am making it again tonight to bring to my kid's pot luck dinner at their school.

Tuna Macaroni Salad

Really, really good! My first time making this. I made this for a cook out I threw and everyone loved it! This will be my only tuna macaroni salad recipe I ever make and am looking forward to making this again this weekend. I did follow another users suggestion and used 2 cans tuna and I also used ceaser dressing instead of italian. Thanks!

Cola Pot Roast II

My first time making a pot roast. It came out really good. I think next time I'll probably cook it 30 min. less than it calls for. Also will add salt + pepper. Thanks for the great recipe!

Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac

I really liked this recipe and so did my picky boyfriend. The only thing I did different is I had a little bit more than a lb of ground beef so I added 2 cups of macaroni. I also added a dash of cumin and a couple shakes of chili powder. And cheddar cheese on top! I'll be making this again! Thank you.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

I was looking for a mashed potatoe recipe because lately I have been in a funk when making mashed potatoes. This recipe was excellent! The only thing I did different was double the butter. Excellent recipe, this will be the recipe I use for years to come!

Sausage Applesauce Appetizer

I didn't like this recipe. Maybe because I used applesauce with cinnamon. I won't be making it again, but because of all the rest of the great reviews, try it for yourself! Thanks anyways!

Ham with Pineapple Sauce

Yum, I used this recipe for Easter, the sacue was awesome, my boyfriend loved it! I will probably be making it every year now. The only thing different is I used yellow mustard instead of ground because I didn't have any. Thanks!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Yum I love this recipe! I've made it about 4 or 5 times now. I use less brown sugar because it is too sweet with the amount called for. I also have always used bread crumbs instead of saltine crackers, because I usually don't buy those. I put ketchup on bottom and top, on top about 1/2 way through, and put it on broil for a few min. if it needs to be glazed more! Thanks for the recipe!

Rice & Beans (Haitian Style)

This was good, except calls for way to much salt I think. 1 tbsp? My instincts told me not to add that much salt but I decided to follow the recipe. Well I was right, I think next time I will add 1/2 tbsp. I also added green onion instead of a shallot, and I couldnt find the pepper it called for so I added a peperoncini which are in a jar in the international aisle of the grocery store. I also added dried herbs b/c didnt have fresh ones. So I say this is very good, I will make it again. Thx! I also used a can of kidney beans and reduced the water to 1 1/2 cups as another reviewer said.

Pepperoni Burgers

I thought these were pretty good. I just thought they were missing a little something. I added a splash of steak sauce in them too but they just seem like they need something. I might make these again but add a few more spices. Thanks.
