Old Fashioned Potato Salad
Very good base recipe. I also had to double (or more) the spices, added parsley (about 1 tablespoon). Also, added 2 Tablespoons of sugar and doubled the mayo. I have made this recipe by boiling the potatoes whole and then peeling and cutting them and by peeling and cutting them before I boil them. Either way turns out great and if you peel and cut first you have more of a handle on how soft the potatoes get.

Banana Muffins II
One of the best banana muffin recipes that I have found without nuts! Moist, perfect consistency, great taste. All four of my kids love these. One hint: Leave the batter set for 5-10 minutes before putting it into the muffin tins. It is much easier to spoon in, not as runny as right after mixing! Also, the perfect batter consistency (if you let it set) to put into a baggie and pipe into mini muffin tins!

One Bowl Brownies
I followed the recipe exactly (used whole wheat flour instead of bleached flour though). brownies came out very gooey and tasted like nothing but sugar. I baked them for an extra 25 minutes but they were still "undercooked".
