I have probably made this every week for 2 months, I just love it! I've made a few alterations: I've added up to 8 bananas...just whatever I have on hand. I use dark chocolate chips, instead of semi-sweet, and put a little over half the bag in, so maybe more like 1.5 cups. I also add in a cup or so of chopped pecans. I used the Splenda sugar blend the last time I made it and it turned out WAY too sweet. I would maybe even cut the amount of that in half. I find that the baking time is really much longer. Probably closer to 1 hr 20 minutes, even in a convection oven.
