These are absolutely delicious. Very easy to make. I was a little afraid after reading some of the reviews but I had no problems. I just used a regular muffin pan with paper liners. I freeze these and take them to work in the AM. A few seconds in the microwave and they're as good as from the oven. Yummy! This recipe only makes 9 muffins for me though, not 12.

Fabulous! I modified it somewhat using less onion (since it upsets my husband's stomach) and added sweet relish, dill and paprika.

Cheesy Macaroni and Beef Casserole with Thyme

I'm giving this recipe 2 stars based on the fact that the quantity of flour is wrong. I was in a hurry and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first as well. I realized my mistake before adding all the flour but it still ruined the dish for me. My husband liked it.

Baklava

AMAZING! I made this exactly as the instructions stated and it was perfect. I was left with a few extra phyllo sheets, but no big deal. Delicious!

Parmesan Chicken

I used Italian breadcrumbs and it was absolutely delicious! Great for a tasty mid-week dinner. My husband and I eat the leftovers on sandwiches for lunch. Yum!
