My husband said my best pork tenderloin to date. I didn't have blackberry, so I used grape jelly instead. Marinated it for an hour before baking it in the oven at 350 for 1.5 hours. delish!

I would leave out the water in order to make the glaze thicker. Also, be careful how thick you salmon... the thinner the salmon the more the glaze gets into the meat.
