I made this recipe again on Sun for the holidays in a 9in pan & a 10in pan (just increased all ingredients by 25%). Both came out perfect, no cracks! Of course I'm giving this a 5 based on the tweaks I've made to the filling and the crust. For the crust: 1.5cups of cinnamon graham crackers/7T butter/dash of nutmeg. For the filling: didn't use milk, only 1T flour, & juice of 1 lemon; also switched to wooden spoon aften beating the cream cheese. In a seperate bowl, I mixed my sugar/flour together & gradually added the combo to the cream cheese. After making filling, let it rest for ~30 min;also used the steam bath method. Cooked on 325 for 1hr, left it in oven w/ cracked stove door for 2hrs, cooled completely on counter for 3hrs & then in the frige!
