Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I melted the chocolate and layered the crumb mixture, then the chocolate, another crumb layer, then the jam, then the last crumb mixture. It was a awesome mix of chocolate and raspberry!

Sausage Potato Soup

Really good. I used regular store-brand mild Italian sausage, skipped the chicken, and diced my own potatoes. I also used regular chicken broth. I mashed up some of the potatoes to make the soup a little thicker.

Cabbage Roll Bake

Pretty good! Some of the rice near the top got dried out/uncooked, maybe if I stirred it next time, the rice on top would get into the liquid and cook better.

Moist and Savory Stuffing
