Deep Fried Jalapeno Slices

These were ok. A good sauce for them is a couple slices american cheese, some sour cream, and a dash of milk all melted together.

Good basic sauce, but I would double the amount of sauce if you use it in a stir fry dish over rice. Plus add a little extra red pepper... zesty!

I made this for my beef eating boyfriend... he said it was good but not worth the effort. He would have been just as happy if I would have slapped the veggies on top of the cooked patty.

soooo good. Made them as a father's day gift and he LOVED them. I was scared when I saw how wet the dough was, but they turned out WONDERFUL, can't say enough about them. thanks for the submission!

I make this recipe all the time... but one change makes a HUGE difference... my family has always used the "Traditional Sage" or "Savory Herb" variety of dry stuffing mix (Stouffers). Melt the butter, mix in the stuffing THEN sprinkle over top before baking. I guarantee this will take this recipe over the top.

Stuffed Celery Sticks

I needed a dish to pass at my boyfriend's family Easter party so I took a platter of various stuffed celery, including this one. The ingredients sound weird so I labeled it "special recipe" flavor and it was the first flavor snatched up from the platter! Try it, you just might be surprised!

Honey Glazed Pea Pods and Carrots

AWESOME!!!!! I used 2 cups of whole baby carrots and a sandwich baggie full of snow peas because that's what I had on hand. It was very easy and tasted wonderful with our grilled meal.
