Chocolate Oil Cake

I made this because it sounded interesting, but I was happy when I noticed that it is vegan. I topped it with an improvised frosting of baking chocolate, sugar, coffee, and coconut. Delicious!

If your chocolate is too thick, add a small amount of vegetable oil or Crisco. And don't even try to make these if you don't have wax paper... I did and it was a mess. A delicious mess, but a mess nonetheless.
