Perfect guac recipe! I'm always asked to bring this to parties and it disappears fast. I add a pinch of cumin and 1/2 a jalepeno for a little kick. Great on a sanwich the next day too! The lime juice is a must to keep it from browning.

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs
I made these for my vegetarian friend who was visiting. My whole family liked them, even my picky 4 year old and our teenager too. My husband said he couldn't tell there wasn't any meat in them. I even enjoyed them and I don't eat regular meatballs. Great recipe. The sauce tasted like there was too much ketchup like others have said. Otherwise it was great. Would like to try with pasta and tomato sauce too.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
I made this for my husband for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner. He usually prefers chicken but this was AMAZING! I have tried making filet mignon before and it has never come out as good as a restaurants. This was just as good if not better than a fancy restaurant!! I can't wait to make it again. I had trouble finding Panko breadcrumbs and almost gave up. Glad I found them. They were so tasty with the blue cheese.
