Instant Oatmeal Mix

Worked GREAT!! I didn't have Cardamom or use the cinnamon and I used the old fashioned oats (oops, bought the wrong thing), and my picky 6 year old still ate it!

Easy, fast, great! I used Fiber One cereal instead of grapenuts, pear butter instead of applesauce, mixed nuts and fruit from christmas (7oz came to about 1 1/8 cup), and no oil. YUM!
