This coffee cake is moist and yummy, and best of all super easy!! You can throw it together fairly quickly. I have made it a few times for work and people LOVE it every time. I have tried it with Vanilla pudding, cheesecake pudding and coconut cream and all are nice. I really liked it when I used 2 coconut cream puddings and added some flake coconut to the cinnamon, brown sugar and nut mixture. This one is a keeper:)

Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken

Very good flavor- I didn't use the whole Italian dressing packet though because of the high salt taste warnings from others. I used about half and it was very flavorful!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

If you love black bean soup this is the chili for you! I slow cooked it in a crockpot for about 6 hours. It was so good- I plan to make it again and again.

Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

We liked the combination of flavors- with the peppered pork, the tart apple, and the onion. Was a nice way to dress up pork in a different way. Will make it again.

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Everyone loved this coffee cake, even though it hadn't cooked all the way through. I substituted more chocolate chips for the pecans because my sister is allergic to pecans. I will make it again, though I will cook it longer than the instructions this time:)
