Cajun Potato Soup
My family of 8 LOVES this soup. It's the only one they ask for time and time again. I used more sausage (only because the package was larger) and frozen chopped spinach because that is what I had available. I plan on playing around with this soup a little bit this winter by making a few changes (such as almond milk and coconut milk vs. the milk and cream since I have a child with some dairy issues and also changing the russet potatoes to sweet potatoes)

Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
Super easy! With 5 teenagers who are STARVING when they wake up - I am all about quick and easy. I do use our own sausage as we live on a farm - but the gravy portion is great tasting and did I say EASY!?

Chocolate Butter Cream II
Really easy recipe - I used 1/3 cup of milk and it came out really creamy. I gave 4 stars because I would like a buttery taste - but since my son's party is in a couple of hours this worked great!
