Hands down the BEST Pumpkin Bread in existence! The only modification I made was to use half brown sugar instead of all white sugar. This was a massive hit at a family reunion, and the recipe was requested by all who tasted it! A definite keeper!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

These are very good and moist cookies! They have a wonderful flavor! I doubled the recipe and did not frost them, thought I bet they are even more decadent frosted! I will be making these again and will be sharing this recipe! Yum!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Amazingly delicious potatoes! These were gobbled up quickly by the entire family! Including my picky eater! Will definately make again! Followed the recipe and it came out wonderfully!

Soft Gingersnaps

Delicious and soft cookies! Made a double batch for Christmas! I decreased the baking time to 6 minutes because I made smaller cookies! This will become a regular in my Christmas cookie rotation!

Easy No Bake Cookies

Delicious recipe! I used the "Turtle" flavor instant pudding and it was great! My family was eating them off the wax paper before they were fully set! I took other reviewers suggestion and lessened the sugar to 1.5 cups instead of 2. Great recipe!

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese

I had this at a party and it was to die for! It is exquisitely easy to make and is delicious! It was served with crackers or cut up and eaten in bits. Yummy!

Baked Oatmeal II

Delicious recipe! I made this for my family on a cold morning and it was great! I added almonds and diced peaches to the oatmeal as well before baking. It was fantastic!
