New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

This recipe was awesome. I used Johnsonville jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage. We also added creole seasoning and used half chicken broth instead of milk. I followed others by browning sliced sausage and cut the amount of butter in half. Thickened up well and had a spicy kick to it! Superb!

Turkey Tetrazzini II

We loved this! This recipe made good use of leftover turkey. I followed the basic recipe but made the following additions: small onion, two celery stalks, four - five fresh mushrooms and one clove garlic (all leftover from making stuffing) chopped up and sauted in butter before adding flour. Delish!
