Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
Bob loved them. Cooked great in 15 minutes. I made 12 but should have made 15 - some were too big. Cooked them in muffin pans because my 9x13 was not available. Try next time.

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
These were awesome. I made them exactly like the recipe states (cooked in the butter). I did have to cook them longer to become golden but we loved them. Just better not eat them too often!

I salted and then squeezed water out of the zucchini before mixing the ingredients together and it turned out great. All our guests thought it was very good.

Excellent! I also replaced 1/2 the oil with applesauce but otherwise followed the recipe. Hubby and I both loved it!

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Fantastic. Hubby and I agree it is the best soup we have ever had. I made it just like the recipe except used 1 brick of cream cheese (Neufchatel for 1/3 the fat) instead of 2.

Favorite part was adding a bottle of bbq sauce to the leftovers and putting on kaiser rolls. Pork was also very good the first night.

This was a very good and very easy dessert. Those who ate it were eager to suggest new kinds of candy bars that would also be good in it. Delicious!

Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
Loved this chicken (the 2nd time I made it!). The first one was my first rotisserie attempt and although I put a drip pan under it, the fat that dripped caught fire and destroyed the chicken! I did some research then the next time I put 1 inch of water in the drip pan. It diluted any drips and prevented a fire. My 2nd attempt went great and we loved the results. I did use 1/2 the salt but otherwise wouldn't change a thing.

Absolutely loved it! My husband says it's one of the best meals he's ever had! I added some red potatoes and baby carrots to the water for the last hour. Sauce was great over entire meal. Definitely a keeper!
