Crustless Spinach Quiche
This was so delicious! I made individual portions by pooring the mixture into grease muffin tins. They were perfect for my friend's bridal shower! I also added choppped red pepper and cut back a tad on the cheese. I will definitely be making this again!

Avocado Feta Salsa
This is one of my favorites!! I am definitely making it again - perfect for a party appetizer. Try adding an extra avocado and some diced red or yellow peppers. It goes great with guacamole-flavored tortilla chips too!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Yummy!! This recipe is so easy, I am excited to try it with other flavors of fruit preserves. I added chopped walnuts to the oatmeal mixture and it was delicious. Drizzling white chocolate on the top really topped them off!
