I really LOVED the flavor, I just don't like the texture of canned salmon so next time I'll chop some fresh, grilled salmon to use. I used full fat mayo, mccormick lemon & pepper seasoning salt, I didn't have onions,celery, or capers. My hubby and kids love it. It's great on toasted hoagie rolls, or with ritz crackers.

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

This dish came out excellent! The only change I made was that I "pre-boiled" my rice to cook it down a little bit, then added it to the chicken/gravy mixture in the crock pot....thanks for sharing!

Dumplings

I've been searching for a great dumplings recipe and this is the one! I made chicken and dumplings tonight and I'm eating it as I type...they are sooooo good, my 4 and 2 year old are gobbling theirs up! Thanks, I'm keeping this one!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

OMG these were AWESOME!!! I was craving grilled cheese sandwiches and was wondering if there was a quicker, easier way to make them....and here it is! My 4 year old even noticed the difference! She said "Mommy, how did you cook these?" LOL! These are the crispiest, tastiest GC sandwiches I've ever had, I'll never go back to pan frying them. Thanks so much!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I actually got this recipe from my cousin...it's so simple and so delicious! I usually add potatoes and carrots to mines and the hubby and kids gobble it right up!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I give this recipe 10 stars! My 4 year old daughter and I made these together and they came out PERFECT! I have been longing for a chocolate chip cookie that was chewy and not too sweet and this is the one! I hate the flavor of chewy chips ahoy so I had given up on store bought long ago. Thanks!

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

this recipe did not work well for me. I guess because I did not scald the milk. It never would get done no matter how long it stayed in the oven. Finally I mashed up the custard to expose the slimy parts to see if it would get done. I'll try later but I rather leave the pie making to my grandma.

Smothered Bacon Chicken

This will be a staple in my household. I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom, I mixed 1 can with water and left the other can creamy for a thicker texture. I cooked the bacon (1 slice per breast) and crumbled it and put it in the mushroom soup, along with 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese. I seasoned my chicken with garlic pepper and cooked for 20 minutes before adding the mushroom soup. I cooked it for about 45 minutes, and it was fabulous! I served over rice with biscuits.

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts

My friend's MIL made this on the 4th of July, It was SOOOOO yummy! She added caramel topping as well. I'm going to make this when my hubby comes home for R&R, b/c he loves ice cream sandwiches, and I'm going to use chocolate sprinkles. I'm thinking about trying this with vanilla ice cream sandwiches and rainbow sprinkles for my daughter's birthday. Thanks!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This recipe was absolutely delicious. My 3 year old made sure she left no meat on the bone! LOL (I used wings). I didn't have any paprika so I used Mrs. Dash since it has lots of herbs, I also used chinese 5 spice seasoning to give it a little kick, I will definitely continue to make this!
