Very nice smoothie for breakfast. The only thing I changed when I made it again, I added plain yougart, and add different frozen fruits whatever I have in the freezer, I usually put overripe bananas in the freezer and those go in too. But no ice!

Honey Walnut Shrimp

I have eaten this two nights in a row. My husband was out of town, so tonight he had it. As my sister said, "to, die for" The only change was I made it for two, and used cornstarch instead of the rice flour, I am on a gluten free diet, and burnt out on rice flour. YUM.

Skillet Apple Brownie

I used a gluten free flour mix, with a pinch of xanthan gum, and only 1/4 teaspoon of cloves. I am the only one that loves cloves. Everybody loved them. My husband had it for breakfast.

Stuffed Zucchini

Made this last night, I added some chopped onions,extra garlic, italian seasoning and fresh basil. I always use turkey sasuage,but made it like the recipe. My family loved it will make again and again.
