Creamy Rice Pudding

This was the first time I had ever prepared or eaten rice pudding. It was so good, I can't wait to have it again. I used a rice cooker to cook the rice because I can't ever seem to boil it on the stove.

I think mixer motor started burning out so I couldn't mix it as long as I should have. It turned out more like taffy, but tastes good. Divinity isn't easy to make!

Potato Casserole

I substituted cream of chicken soup for the cream of mushroom. I was low on sour cream so I added milk. Yummy!

Storybook Gingerbread Men

Dough was a little dry to work with after chilled. Kneading it in the hands warms and softens it, though it's still a bit crumbly when rolled out. Tastes great, makes nice soft cookies.
