I used to work in the catering industry for 30 years. Started as a commis waiter and ended as a senior head waiter. My glorious days where when I used to serve the a la cart and flambee dishes.

I like to cook chicken, rabbit (which is a traditional diish in Malta) and B.B.Q.s. Also pasta which can be cooked in so many different ways and styles.

We like thick soups, oven baked things and fries.

Steak Diane, Tartar Steak and Chicken with Prunes.

Flipped an ommellette on the cooker......missed for once!!!!!
