Yummy! I've never made homemade frosting before, and this came out great! Used it on top of Four Egg Yellow Cake, also on this site.

Awesome!!! My mom and I are usually the only ones in our family that love spinach--but EVERYONE was lapping this dish up! I added a 4 oz. can of pimento to this--and it was great. My poor friend, she came over with store bought dip, and NO ONE touched it! This is a great recipe!

Sweet Potato Souffle III

Yum!!! Served it to tons of people at our Thanksgiving feast, and they all loved it! Was almost like a dessert! Thank goodness we had it at my house--my husband and I got to keep THIS leftover!!! Everything came out perfectly--the creamy and sweet potatoe filling, paired with the crunchy and praline-like topping. Y-U-M!

Apple Bundt Cake

I have never been so embarassed of something that I have baked in my life, as with this cake! It was heavy, took forever to bake (no, my oven is not broken...) and people couldn't tell if it was banana or apple!!! Yuck! I tried one bite, and had to tell people that they should eat at their own risk.... I've made many, many GREAT recipes from this site, but this one is DEFINATELY NOT one of them!! Thumbs down all the way.

Eggnog Thumbprints

I participated in a cookie exchange this past weekend, and these were the hit of the party! They did turn some people off, because of the name, and people said that they didn't like eggnog much--but I convinced them to try them, and once they did, they were hooked! Very easy to make--I made 15 dozen of these babies in 2 hours!!!

Reuben Hot Dish

Great recipe! I'm not the big fan of Reuben sandwiches--my boyfriend is. But, even I really liked this! I toasted some rye bread for croutons while the oven was preheating--I didn't even crush them into crumbs. Also, I didn't rinse the sauerkraut--I wanted a stronger taste. THIS IS GREAT!

Lemon Lush

Very cool, creamy and refreshing. Next time, I think I would add some fresh lemon juice in the pudding to give it a little more tartness, and use less Cool Whip. But, to each their own taste. Thanks for sharing, Ms. Kelly Z!

Italian Sausage Soup

YUM, YUM, YUM! I added 4 more cups of broth (I just used the cubes mixed with water) and 2 big handfuls of small seashell pasta--and VOILA! Instant hit! This is sooo wonderful on a cold, rainy day (like it has been here for 2 weeks...) My boyfriend took the rest to work, and everyone loved it there too. Thanks Karen!

Hash Brown Casserole II

I was sooo upset when I made this! When I printed the recipe out, for some reason the "thawed" part of the hashbrowns got left out of the ingredients --so I ended up baking this forever! Well, once it got done, it was WONDERFUL! I realized what had happened when I came back and looked at the recipe again. I'll make sure I thaw those suckers next time! :-)

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This is great! I make something like this all the time--although, I use 8 oz. of French Onion Chip dip instead of sour cream, and I'll add a cup or two of diced lean ham. Serve with a salad, and you have a great, simple meal!!! :-)

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

This is THE ultimate chocolate cake--LOOK NO FURTHER! Even my boyfriend, (who claimes to not eat chocolate, yeah right) absolutely loves this. All the guys at his work love me when I send this to them.....Try it, you won't be disappointed!

These are great! My boyfriend hates anything with chocolate--so you can imagine.....They were gone at work really quickly also! I doubled the recipe and made one set in a regular 9 X 13 pan, and the other in a disposable aluminium pan--use the disposable--sometimes the caramal sticks, and it's just easier to throw away the cheapie pan. These are great!

This was great! It's been unseasonally hot here, so I wanted something light and easy--and this fit the bill! Serve with some crusty french bread, and you have dinner!!! Next time, I think I will cut the zucchini in half, add a cut up potato, and 1 more can each of broth and tomato paste--it got REALLY thick on me the second day. But, still perfect..... Great cookies.....but I agree with the reviewer below. You need to add at LEAST a 1/2 cup (or 1 cup) of sugar to make them taste good. Also, what I do, is roll, or sprinkle them with powdered sugar when still slightly warm. Maybe they are for diabetics, I dunno.....These have been part of my holiday cookie tray for 2 years now.....

Easy Salmon

OH MY GOD! Was this gooooood! I did serve it with rice pilaf and a green salad, and people thought I had suddenly become a gorumet cook! It tastes like something you would pay $100 a plate for in a restaurant.....

Florida Strawberry Bread

THIS WAS GREAT! I took it to work this morning, and it was gone in 10 minutes! The dough gets pretty tough (with all the flour) and turns into a ball and I thought it wouldn't turn out good, but I was wrong. Much better than banana bread.....and I love bananas! Thanks for sharing Corwynn!
