Japanese Zucchini and Onions
What a great way to prepare zucchini! I cooked the onions longer than 5 minutes prior to adding the zucchini because I like my onions cooked to a light brown color. I also used half vegetable oil, half sesame oil. Aside from that, I followed the directions exactly and it came out wonderfully! Will make again and again.

Teriyaki Finger Steaks
This was absolutely delicious! I couldn't get enough. I used top sirloin and made the marinade exactly as stated. I marinated the meat for about 3 hours and broiled it for 3 minutes on each side. It came out perfectly tender and juicy! I served over brown rice with a side of Japanese Zucchini & Onions (from this site.) I would probably give it a million stars if I could.

Slumgullion
I cheated and used stewed tomatoes with basil & oregano. I also added red pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce to the meat. Instead of cooking the pasta separately, I added some water and chicken broth to the tomato sauce/meat/tomato mixture, brought it to a boil, and just threw the uncooked pasta in there. It was delicious! Kind of like Hamburger Helper, but, you know... it tasted good.
