My cooking triumphs
I might have a gift for baking pumpkin pies and muffins. One Thanksgiving I made 9 pumpkin pies and about a hundred muffins. It was really an all day baking event =D
My cooking tragedies
I once made french onion soup more than 8 times over a period of a couple days trying to perfect it. Didn't quite work out so well. And I can't quite cook beef either. I don't eat it much so every time I try cooking it (which has been once or twice) the flavor is right but the consistency is of rubber.

Lasagna Roll Ups
We added fresh baby spinach to all of the roll ups and lean ground beef to some-- omitted the tofu, it's not really needed, with the beef and ricotta mix there was plenty of filling. These were absolutely delicious and a great way to spend time with your special someone!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Amazing!! These are so soft and perfect. Some say to refrigerate the cookie dough so it's easier to handle but after making these about a dozen times, I would say not to refrigerate the dough, it spreads so much better and gets this crispiness on the edges when it's put on the baking sheet right after the choco-chips have been folded in. And the center stays soft and wonderfully yummy! 375F for exactly 11 minutes- PERFECTION!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
It's a good poundcake, definitely takes more than 1hr 20 minutes to bake at 325F. I put mine in at a little higher than 325, and it took about 1hr 40 minutes to cook fully. But with some homemade strawberry topping (1 bag of frozen strawberries, thawed, 1tbl lemon juice, 1/4c orange juice, 1/4 confectioner's sugar, all pureed) everyone loved it!
