WOW, that's about all I can say. Didn't make that many changes-doubled the sauce and added garlic and onion powder. I will with out a doubt make this again.

Lamb Chops with Prunes

LOVED this recipe. I didn't have prunes on hand so I used dried fig's. What a wonderful combination of flavor. Also added more OJ to the sauce to thin it out a bit. FABULOUS!!

Almond Crusted Chicken with Tomato Citrus Sauce

The chicken was wonderful, full of flavor and very crispy. The sauce on the other hand did not turn out at all. Still a good recipe but I would not try the sauce again.

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Super yummy! Crunchy and delicious. I didn't have any Romano cheese so I used Provolone instead, it gave it great flavor.
