I'll Take That Well Done

At the request of a few rabble-rousers, I am bringing the blog back to AR. It can still be found on my website, but for a few 'website change challenged' dear friends, I will be doing my best to duplicate them here on AR.
Seeing as how this is a cooking website and all, I would like to say up front that I live on a beef ranch, and I also have milkcows, so I figure that qualifies whatever I happen to write about, if you follow the trail...story....petey....beef....kitchen....plate.<
During my absence however, I added a few new skills to the old repertoire, such as making mozzarella, ricotta, sour cream, a few other things, and well, of course, butter and yogurt...and lets not forget soap. Real soap is an experience. Just like in that old
