Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
Very easy Very good! The key to shortbread is not to over mix or the cookie becomes heavy. I put in some mini chocolate chips. I will do this one again and again!

Yum! Perfect. Didn't change anything. Used Yukon Gold potatoes - soaked in cold water - stayed beautifully yellow.

Easy Chocolate Crackled Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
This is a very easy recipe. I have made these before when there are about 13 ingredients so I was really hoping this could be replacement. Unfortunately, not so. I am not saying they are bad. They are a really good quick fix for a chocolate cookie but as for putting them out for holiday or company I would not. Mine were flat like they melted before they baked. I even froze the rolled balls thinking they might bake better but, no. This recipe is good for a craving but that's all.

Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup

LOVE IT! So easy to make great taste. The only thing I added was a can of diced tomatoes beacuse I like it chunky. I've made it twice and am making it again today.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

Great frosting! The fudge topping gives it such a deeper flavor. I will do this for chocolate frosting all the time now. Saves over very well, too!

Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
Very Good! I used panko crumbs to coat and it was great, nice and crisp. I made plenty and froze uncooked patties and those turned out just as good as the fresh. The kids loved them. I put out a variety of sauces from tartar to horseradish to plain ranch dressing and all worked nicely.

Brown Sugar Pound Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
This cake was very easy to make and everyone (including kids) loved it. I served it with just warmed up jar carmel sauce drizzled over each individual piece. Left overs held up very well. A nice change of pace from typical chocolate/yellow/carrot cakes.
