This is a good cookie recipe. I used margarine at room temperature and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Turned out great!

Rocky Road Ice Cream

Eh. Didn't freeze well in ice cream machine. Then froze too hard in freezer. Flavor was good but everything else was off.

Sweet Potato Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
Wow! This is SO good! I added 1 TBSP flour to prevent it from being too thin, as advised. I've made this twice and it was loved and gobbled up by all. The second time, I used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar - wonderful either way.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
This soup tastes so much better than it looks! I've made it several times and it's always delish! Sometimes I use spinach and other times I use kale and it is great both ways. I've also tried it with heavy cream and fat free half and half with equally excellent results. You can't go wrong with this one!

I always double and sometimes triple this recipe. It is fantastic! Sometimes I even brush melted chocolate on the side. I've made this recipe for years and it's always a holiday favorite.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
FANTASTIC pie! My whole family loved it. I sprinkled a dash of cinnamon over the apples. I used a prepared pie crust for the bottom and for the top, I unrolled a pillsbury refrigerated pie crust onto a cutting board and sliced it with a pizza cutter for the lattice top. This was so easy and made a gorgeous apple pie. Thanks!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
Absolutely delicious! I didn't have pecans so I used walnuts instead. I also used the panko style bread crumbs. The closest to dijon mustard I had on hand was sweet hot mustard by hickory farms and I think it added a great flavor! I will definitely make this again!
