This is a great potato soup recipe. I followed the recipe exactly, except I only used 1/2 tsp of basil as others suggested. I also used fat free half and half to make it less fattening. Will make this again for sure.

Atomic Canuck Chili

Really good chili recipe! The celery and carrots were a little too crunchy for my taste so next time I'll cook them with the ground beef and onions. I also think next time I'll add some seasoning salt. Overall a great hot chili!

Cream of Mushroom and Soy Sauce Pork Chops

Very good recipe! I followed the recipe exactly for the most part. The only things I did differently was to use low sodium soy sauce and I added a can of mushrooms to the soup. Very easy and very good! Will def make again!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Amazing meal! I also added some chicken broth, brown sugar, and garlic and it turned out wonderful. Cooked on low for 8 hours and the pork just fell apart.
