President Ford's Braised Eye Round Steak

This was sooo easy and so delicious! I too added quartered red potatoes in for the simmer and the end result was so good even my two young boys ate it up!

Dutch Babies II

Perfect! I love making these for my kids and they love to watch them blow up! I also add a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of sugar to give it a kick! They like to spread jam on them and roll them up too!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Delicious and oh so easy! I was doing the low-carb thing so I did not put breadcrumbs on it and it was still delicious! Also I only had provolone so used it instead of swiss and will the next time too it was so good!

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

This has become my most complimented scone recipe! I followed the advice of others and usually end up adding about 7-8 TB of orange juice. They are so easy and turn out delicious! I add some sugar in the raw to the top before baking to jazz it up too.

French Buttercream Frosting

I have used this recipe dozens of times and LOVE it! Everyone I serve this to is impressed by the texture and taste. I like a more whipped cream flavor so I always make the following changes: #1 - Omit the butter flavor extract and increase the vanilla to 2 tsp. #2 - I also add 1/8 more whipped cream to recipe to boost cream whipped cream flavor. Some popular variations I've done: Add seedless strawberry jam for an awesome cake filling or reduce shortening to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup cream cheese (MUST be room temp) to give more stability for many layers. To better transport the finished product I'll refrigerate or freeze prior to moving it.
