Super Duper Easy Apple Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
I made this for thanksgiving. I made a simple homemade yellow cake from scratch and followed all the rest of the directions. no temp on the recipe so I baked on 350 degrees in a bundt pan, no 10 inch tube pan. Took forever to bake and then it fell when I took it out of the oven. I will have to say that the cake itself was very good and moist. am going to try this cake again in a different pan. directions could of been better on what temp to use instead of bake in the preheated oven. Do you use the temp on the cake mix box or in my case the homemade cake mix? actually I would of gave it less stars if it hadn't tasted so good just because of the flustration of trying to figure out how long it had to bake at a guessed temperature.

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2013
I made this recipe.used chicken thighs. I cooked the chicken, carrots, celery together and added salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder and onions while they were cooking, in a small amount of water. took meat off the bone and strained the vegetables out of the water. saved water. mixed soup and milk together and added into meat and vegetables. cooked my noodles and then added. if too thick add some of your water until it is the consistency that you want...this was delicious and everyone loved it...easy and fast and I will make this again...

Pork Chops with Pears

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
This is very easy recipe to make. I browned my pork chops in a cast iron skillet, with olive oil. Then I poured the remaining ingredients into the pan over the pork chops, and cooked it in the oven for 40 min. The pork chops were very tender and the sauce was a little sweet and went great over some white rice. We enjoyed this very much, will make this again...thanks
