I am a newlywed behavioral therapist, who has been interested in cooking since the age of six. I 'almost' became a chef before deciding instead on a degree in English and Screen & Media Studies (for the record, fun but impractical). Now I bake food to sell at my husband's work, and immensely enjoy experimenting in my own kitchen!
My favorite things to cook
Growing up, I only wanted to bake sweet things--preferably three layers and topped with chocolate! My mother cunningly turned this to her advantage by saying daily, 'You can cook dessert, but only if you make dinner...'. When I got engaged I became interested in healthy cooking, and have since gradually expanded my range to include whole grains and legumes, vegetarian dishes and so on.
