I turned off the two right burners and let the wood chunks on the single burner on the far left. A small glass bowl of water was placed in the grill to allow for the moisture to pull from it instead of my ribs. I basted the ribs with a homemade BBQ mixture every hour. They had gread smokey flavor and were oh so tender!
