Watercress Pesto
This is supper yumy on a salad, it gives it nice flavour, its great in pasta too, added with some tomatoes. GREAT

Peppermint Patties
Great! The boys in the family loved them, not diet food though! Very sweet, I made my own peppermint extract by boiling some minced peppermint and draining off liquid into my mix. Worked well.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
Yum yum yum!!! This is the best pumpkin pie, I've ever tasted. I used fresh pumpkin instead of pouree, which was a good alternative. Very tasty and quite quick and easy to make!
