Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2014
These were so good, I cut the potatoes into 3/4 inch slices and covered them with oil, paprika, garlic plus, cumin and a bit of chili powder, salt and pepper. Mixed everything in a bowl, massaging the herbs into the potatoes. Baked in a 350 degree oven on a foil lined baking sheet for 40 minutes turning halfway. I baked at 350 because I also was cooking chicken and roasted cauliflower (from this site) and everything was done at the same time.

Fish Chowder I

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
Great recipe, loved it, I did change a few thing, added celery, carrots, freah bay leaf and fresh thyme to the potatoe mixture. I also used 5% cream and cooked the potatoes in chicken broth. Added a little hot sauce near the end and the results were fantastic. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2004
This soup turned out wonderful, I did add some leftover chicken, maybe 1/2 cup cubed to the stock and it tasted great. Will be making this recipe again. Also I used the required amount of dill and it tasted just fine. Thanks Cathy
