Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
VERY Tasty! I used only about a cup of dressing (fat free), and a full can of chicken broth to cook the chicken breasts. After the chicken was cooked, I drained (but saved) the juice, and shredded it. I used cream of mushroom (what I had on hand) and used velveeta (2% milk) in place of the cream cheese, left out the other seasonings. I used the chicken stock/italian dressing juice to cook the rice. It came out very nice. Chicken was not dry at all (4 hours on low, and another hour mixed together). I added a small amount of shreded cheddar to each kids' plate. They gobbled it up and asked for seconds (which is rare in this house! lol!) I'll definitely be making this dish again! And it's so easy!!!!

Classic Waffles

Good waffles, but a little dense for my taste. I added another tsp of vanilla, 1/2 tbls of sugar, and unmeasured amount of cinnamon and nutmeg. Overall, a good flavor, and they came out cripy.

Still needed a bit more garlic (I like garlic!!), but overall it was yummy! I also added the mozerella that another review mentioned! I will be making this again! Thanks!

Broccoli Beef I

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
Besides the facts that I used chicken and the chicken seasoning packet from ramen noodles, cornstarch instead of flour (2Tbl) and didn't have fresh ginger, THIS MEAL TURNED OUT EXCELLENT. The sauce was perfect. I marinated the chicken all day, then saved the sauce to boil on the stove and use as 'extra' instead of adding soy sauce. I also served it over cooked ramen noodles. This was YUMMY!

Deluxe Waffles

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2007
These were good. A little egg-y tasting. I added 2 tsp vanilla, dash of nutmeg, and a generous sprinkly of cinnamon. I didn't seperate my eggs - too much work! Maybe that's why they tasted egg-y.
