Seven Layer Bars

I've made this recipe many times before, althought I use chocolate graham crackers for the crust...some delicious additions for the sweet-toothed are Chopped pretzels, crushed toffee (heath bars) and obviously peanut butter chips.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Guests raved about this cake! Not only delicious, but probably the most professional looking cake I've ever made. I used salted butter as that's all I had on hand so I omitted the salt. Also, best if heated in the microwave for 40 seconds before serving! Can do many sauces or toppings with this...whipped cream , caramel, raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream or peanut butter all come to mind

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Sooo easy and delicious! I used flour instead of cornstarch and added 1 tbsp unsalted butter once the pudding thickness was achieved. Served in chocolate cups with shaved white chocolate and a tiny dollop of homemade whipped cream. As one reviewer mentioned the posibillities are endless; add crushed butterfingers, oreo's or coffee liquer.... Will NEVER make the boxed variety again.

Great Recipe. didn't have some of the ingredients on hand so I improvised... 1 tomato, 2 tsps chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsps cajun seasoning, 2 tsps chopped hot peppers, 2 tsps crushed red pepper. Followed cooking directions exactly! will definitely make again!

Who cares if it's Neiman Marcus as long as it's a great cookie, which this one is! follow recipe exactly, but bake at 300 for 14 or 15 minutes

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

This is the first recipe I ever made as a child and it's been my favorite for over 12 years! There are a couple of minor changes to my recipe which I think make this complete.... 2 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, and I melt the Peanut Butter WITH the Butter, it makes it MUCH easier to work with! Oh and add 1 more Cup of Choc chips for the top...refrigerate 30 to 60 mins and enjoy! Oh, one more thing, cutting with a plastic knife helps!

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Really, really good lasagna! I used 1.5 jars of Newmans Sockarooni sauce, only 8 ounces of mushrooms and added brocolli to the veggies. will definitely make this one again!

Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Such a great soup. To make it vegetarian I added as one reviewer mentioned vegetable bullion instead of chicken, and also 1 1/2 Cups milk...so rich and creamy for those chilly fall days!

Best Broccoli Cheddar Soup

So delicious! I made as is, but used vegetable bullion as others have mentioned, cut the cheese to 2.5 Cups, and added 1.5 cups whole milk when pureed. I can't wait to make this again! great recipe.
