Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
I cut the recipe into half and after reading some reviews i do admit that there is no salt in the recipe. Anyway, i added 1/4 teasp salt and used salted butter. Bring the butter to rm temperature and beat it for abt 3 mins then add the sugar. As for the pudding mixture just mix it in. i omit the nuts and it turns out delicious. My husband cant stop eating. I will make it again

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
First time making mexican food. It was a success! After reading some reviews, I made some changes. Use ground turkey, rotel lime cilantro diced tomatoes, chunky hot salsa, 4 mexican cheese, fat free refried beans. Layered with turkey then cheese then beans and topped with cheese again. It was spicy and great!

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
I just made this pumpkin bread and already ate 1...its is fantastic and delicious! I made them into muffins and a cake pan. Baked about 20mins for muffins and 35mins for cake pan. I have no loaf pan and didnt want to go out to any. The only changes I made is reduced suagr to 2.5. 2 cups of white sugar and half packed brown sugar. Oh..and I increase cinnamon few more dashes. I giving some to my buddy to try later.

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2007
My first time making sweet potato pie and follow some reviews putting mashed sweet potato in blender and puree it till smooth. I made 2 pies and reduce some sugar and substitue 3 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Added splash of lemon juice and dashes of allspice. Gave one to my friend and i received great praises even from my picky hubby who eats only pumpkin n sweet potato pies. This recipe is so great and i will make it again!
