Best Egg Rolls

made them for the first time, didn't change the seasoning and used the cabbage for coleslaw, saved a lot of time! I added chicken and pork for the meat...my family devoured them!

Corn Chowder IV

This is the first time I ever made corn chowder, and this was simple and very tasty. I tripled the recipe because a single or even double wouldn't have given us leftovers. Very tasty, I didn't change anything. I added chicken to it to make it like a chicken corn chowder I buy, and this was better than that. Definitely will make this again, it's a keeper!

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

I have been making this recipe for a few months now. My kids love this more than the boxed, and even my husband goes nuts over it. I add ham from time to time to make it a complete meal rather than to have another meat with it, and cook up some veggies with it. Made it about a week ago, and my kids raved about it again and were thrilled I made it up. My daughter loves to help make this, it is rather easy.

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge

flavor is great, however, I wish I had read the reviews as the directions were lacking more detail. Did not say to let it cool and then to add the butter and vanilla. Also, did not say not to stir while boiling it which I had done. It has not set up the way it should, but hopefully it may soon. Not quite the texture I was hoping for.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

I have made this dish several times over the past 7 years, but decided to comment on it now because of what I made it for. I made this for a brunch where I am going to school, and they all wanted the recipe and commented on how good it is. I like it because it is easy to make and tastes really great, although I use montery jack and colby cheese with the cheddar cheese. Turns out really great, and I usually buy a ham steak for the meat. I will continue to use this recipe for years.
