Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Tasted great but took forever to make. Next time I'm going to cut the recipe in half and half again. I had nowhere to put it all!

Easy Tiramisu

My husband is an tiramisu lover- very picky- and he loved this. When I brought it over to a friends house, no one had heard of it but loved it when they tried it. Very easy to make.

Cucumber Sandwich

I used a soft tortilla and made this into a wrap. I also used feta cheese instead of cream cheese because I happened to have it on hand. Delicious!

This was absolutely delicious! My husband found it bland but I think I added too many mushrooms and I forgot the red pepper flakes. I found to be a wonderful recipe and would definately make it when I have people over....

smelled great while it was cooking but tasted awful. maybe i used the wrong kind of tofu but I don't think it would have made much difference.

Absolutely Perfect Palak Paneer

Not bad but I found recipe didn't have enough flavor and I needed to play around a lot with the spices to get it right. Even then something was missing. Frozen spinach worked just as well.

Eggplant and Pepper Parmesan Sandwiches

For one I couldn't find goat cheese. Looking at the list it first says to chop the peppers, which I did, only to say later to slice them. I don't think the cheese would have made much difference, it was almost tastless and it took forever to make two sandwiches.
