Chocolate Mint Cookies I

No Beans About It - Chili

Loved how this turned out, I did adjust it some based upon other reviews and what I had in my pantry. I gave it 4 stars, because I do adjusting based upon reviews I'd read. I did only use 1/8 cup of the red wine vinegar and 1 tbs of wishishere sauce. Since I had no crushed tomatoes I used 3 10 oz cans of mild rotel tomatoes and ran them through the food processor before adding them in. This was hands down the best chili I've made to date, it beats the mixes by far! It was so simple, I will never again use the box seasonings for chili again! (oh and it's great for Frito Chili Pie too!)

Chili Cheese Dip

This recipe needs a little tweeking -I used velveeta and added a can of drained Rotel Tomatoes. Without the Rotel tomatoes, it isn't very good.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Way to soupy, I'd cut back and only use one can of soup. Otherwise it's not to bad, but it's not a dish that makes you say "ohh that's sooo good"...it's just so so.

Tortilla Rollups II

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

This is much like Paula Deen's strawberry cake recipe. It's a great recipe as well! I made it as cupcakes and EVERYBODY loved them... I too agree though it is a bit to dense.

These cookies were wonderful! Easy to make and turned out perfect. They're just as described, crispy edges and soft on the inside! I didn't change anything in the recipe, I followed it just as it said.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

This is a great recipe, it can easily be adjusted to whatever you might be prefer. I did not use the Taco sauce b/c it often over powers the flavors of a dish. It still turned out really good!!!

Blonde Brownies I

These are wonderful! However, I would not call them a blondie, but more like a chocolate chip cookie bar. I did bake them longer as others mentioned to do, just about an additional 7 minutes. Otherwise I followed the recipe as directed.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I followed the directions as they were without changing anything. The cookie dough makes the cake much to wet, to the point its mushy.

Banana Pudding IV

I did not change anything and followed the recipe as directed, it turned out perfectly! I did dip my bananas in lemon juice to keep from browning, but the lemon juice wasn't tasted at all.

Brunch Strata

My guests were not a fan of mushrooms so I omitted those and the bell pepper. I put it all together the night before and left it in the fridge. In the morning I just popped it in the oven, it took a tad bit longer to cook since it had been refridgerated. I personally am not a fan of the bread being mixed in with the eggs, however my guests LOVED IT!! Everybody thought it was wonderful! Also, I halfed the recipe because the original makes so much! When I halfed it, I was able to serve 6 good sized portions.
